Human Energy Field is directly proportional to vibration & frequency of human.

6.Eat high-vibrational food or super foods

always take a shower. you can take bath in salt water ( by adding 1 tbspoon of pink salt or any normal salt in your bath water) because salt carries static electricity in it so adding of salt in water it cuts down low vibrational frequency of your body instantly.
N.B- but cutie pie don’t take a head bath in this salt water otherwise your hair will be premature gray in color.

9.Surround yourself with high-vibrational people
