Have you ever thought that your every thought & action is directly proportional to your karma. In this blog we will discuss about What Is Karma & 3 Types Of Karma. I will explain it to you the how our past life karma effects on our present life situation by plotting  a story. Let’s begin.

What Is Karma

The past impressions of life go far beyond the moment you were born, but in your perception right now, at least from the moment you were born till today, what kind of parents, family, and education you had, what kind of religious and social background, what kind of cultural realities – all these impressions have gone in. Someone has become a different character simply because of the type of information that has gotten into him. This is what is karma. This information is traditionally called karma or karmic body or causal body – that which causes life.

From the moment you were born till this moment, the kind of family, home, friends, the things that you did and did not do – all these things are influencing you. Every thought, emotion and action comes only from past impressions that you have had within you. They decide who you are right now. The very way you think, feel and understand life is just the way you have assimilated inputs.

In simple terms your karma is depending upon your moral values, your family values, your ethics, your physical environment , your actions & your reactions. Look friend if your action & reaction will create your karma.

Exp- If one of your friend had done something bad towards you that does n’t mean that you will take your revenge from that friend. your friend has done wrong doing that’s his karma. if you will take revenge from him then you will create your karma. So forgive him for his wrong doings & move on in your life. Let karma to give him the punishment. Yes it will take some time or may be some years but trust me when karma backfire starts  in someone’s life  that person will feel hell like pain on this earth. So keep patience & have faith on karma.


 What Is Karma & 3 Types Of Karma (Part-3)

3 Types Of Karma

1.Sanchita Karma (i.e. Past life karma)
This type of karma represents the accumulated actions and their consequences from past lives. It refers to the sum total of all karmic debts and merits that an individual carries with them from their past lives. It is called as Reserved karma. It can be changed by spiritual practices.

2.Prarabdha Karma ( prarabdha means commenced or begun)
Prarabdha karma consists of the past actions that are affecting the current life.  The Universe/ divine source is very compassionate. If it gives you the whole lot of karma that you have, you will be dead. Right now, many people are tortured by the simple memories from the 30-40 years of this lifetime. If they are given a hundred times that memory, they would not survive it. Nature allots prarabdha , an allotted memory that you could handle.

exp- if someone’s kundalini power is activated early without his knowing in his current life then that person was a yogi or saint in his past life. As a result of his good karma in this life his kunadlini power is activated without any meditation & without any spiritual teacher.

I have seen many cases in which past lives of persons are effecting their present lives.

3.Kriyamana Karma (i.e Active action)
refers to the actions and choices made in the present life that will have future consequences. It represents the current actions that accumulate and contribute to the individual’s Sanchita Karma.

Story Of Karma

There is a therapy which name is Past Life Regression Therapy. Let’s begin the story. This story is about one of the clients from the past life regression therapy session.

There is a lady who had some unsolved issues with her mother-in-law in her current life. Fight & violence were increasing day-by-day in her family. her husband & little son went through the depression & anxiety due to fight between client & her mother in law. She wanted to settle the bond between her & mother-in-law. But she felt that there is some invisible force between them which was provoking them to create more nuisance in their current life. So she went for a past life regression therapy. It was 2 hours session. By this therapy she got to know that she was a man in her past life. Her mother-in-law was his mother in the last birth. His mother & his father were always fighting because of his father’s extreme drinking habit. His mother used to curse her son for her fighting with her husband. That man’s childhood was extremely pathetic & was full of struggle. When that man’s mother died he was not present there to cremate her. That time his mother had left a letter for him writing ” I am sorry for everything my son. Please forgive me.” In this current life that man is that client & her mother -in-law was client’s mother in her past birth. In their previous life they were not forgiving each other that’s why they are carrying a karmic baggage between them in their present life. After the therapy the therapist made them understand to forgive each other. They forgave each other & lived a happy life forever.
